How It Works

1. Book a Workshop

Your community schedules a 2-4 hour workshop.

2. Schedule Appointments

Residents sign up for individual 15 to 30-minute appointments.

3. Meet with Residents 1:1

We work with your residents individually to help them resolve a technical issue or learn something new about their tech.

The cost to the community is $100 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. That’s a 20% discount off of our standard hourly rate of $125. There is no cost to residents.
