Technology Office Hours for Older Adult Communities

How do you support your residents and their technology? As more devices land in the hands of tech-savvy older adults, they are eager to learn more about using their technology and how it can help them. Are you or your staff fielding frequently asked technology questions?

Prime of Life Tech offers technology office hours for older adults in community settings. We work on-site with your residents to troubleshoot and resolve problems with their devices or help them learn something new about their technology and answer their questions.

How It Works

1. Book Technology Office Hours

Your community schedules a 2-4 hour session.

2. Schedule Appointments

Residents sign up for individual 20 to 25-minute appointments.

3. Meet with Residents 1:1

We work with your residents individually to help them resolve a technical issue or learn something new about their tech.

If their questions or issues exceed their appointment time, residents can schedule additional time with us – and get 10 percent off on-site support.

Want support on a routine basis?

If your residents need support more frequently – weekly, biweekly, or monthly – you want Technology Office Hours on a recurring schedule. Technology Office Hours allows you to offer technical support to your residents on a regular schedule. Once a month. Twice a month. Every week. You decide, and we’ll make sure your residents’ technology questions get answered and provide any troubleshooting necessary to keep their devices up and running.
